Users

The Users section lets you invite team members to your kAudit organization, assign roles, and manage access.

Roles

Inviting users

  1. Navigate to Administration → Users.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter the user's email address.
  4. Select their role.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

The user receives an invitation email with a link to create their Kovoco account. The invitation expires after 7 days — you can resend it from the Users page if it expires.

Invitation lifecycle

StateMeaning
PendingInvitation sent, user has not yet accepted
AcceptedUser has created their account and can sign in
ExpiredInvitation was not accepted within 7 days

To resend an expired invitation: find the user in the list, click the menu, and select Resend Invitation.

Changing a user's role

  1. Find the user in the Users list.
  2. Click their name to open the user detail panel.
  3. Change the Role dropdown.
  4. Click Save.

The role change takes effect immediately.

Removing a user

  1. Find the user in the Users list.
  2. Click the menu and select Remove User.
  3. Confirm the removal.

Removing a user immediately revokes their access. Their historical activity (finding status changes, acknowledgements) is retained in the audit log.

Bulk invitation via CSV

To invite multiple users at once:

  1. Navigate to Administration → Users.
  2. Click Bulk Invite.
  3. Download the CSV template.
  4. Fill in the template with one row per user: email, role.
  5. Upload the completed CSV.
  6. Review the preview and click Send Invitations.

The bulk invite sends one invitation email per user. Results are shown in a summary after submission.
